They only have 800mil a/s now and they can only dump 450mil which they would only so with a strong pr spiking the price into .2x again

I find it very funny......they have gone from 250 A/S to 850 Million if I remember correct.....that is huge and should not be minimized.......The reason is that CBIS has not had any revenue coming in, so in order to make all these deals, hire IR, and pay debt, they needed shares to issue, plain and simple....how much so far........I think you will find out next 10K or 10Q.

I for one hope they now have enough funds to go forward with operations and maintain curretn O/S whatever that is right now....then bring out results to attack more investment through Class A issue......and then hope for a buyout offer!
