They only have 800mil a/s now and they can only dump 450mil which they would only so with a strong pr spiking the price into .2x again, which is when it happened last, and who's to pass judgemental opinion on whether or not they are using this money as a scam or for all intended purposes towards their published goals. Things take time. Things take money. Yes nothing concrete has been made nor manufactured. But the entire idea of an investment and an investor is one thing. Investing in an idea. Their idea has been plentily published and its up to the investor to invest or not. This is a pennystock afterall which means large % rises and falls, which attracts profit takers, so until this stock gets something solid and not just an idea, the price will continue to be artificially moved around by shorts and mms :)
