IMO, the clincher is the 143M share insider position. Virtually nothing does more to minimize dilution and increase potential than a huge insider stake. Not easy to find a pinkie where the insiders own such a large chunk of the o/s.

No one has said it yet, but methinks that's what makes CAVR golden. If I'd have know of the insider position before the merger news, I'd have been accumulating this all along.

When you click on this link, look at the chart, you'll see the white Bolinger Band lines, the price is riding above on the top of bolly band line, very good sign, higher highs and higher lows.

Plus we broke through the 200 day moving average today (the red line), which is a key resistance point.

Sooner than later the value of CAVR will emerge. Being able to buy this stock around a penny is a gift. This should be trading at a nickel right now and once this merger is complete we should be well over a dime IMHO. Waiting to clear out the overhead traders and flippers and we should start to roll with little resistance. The stock may not be at a dime over night but I believe it will start trading in an uptrend along with the 19 day moving average and upper bollie holding support and resistance all the way up.

There are some very smart investors I know buying and holding this one and many of them have done a ton of DD... This is a really good play

I am inquiring on the wtii board for information, what I can see is that their are 48mill share outstanding (not bad) but a red flag goes up with 5billion authorized.... I am inquiring what the current float is at. That I could find was about 15million shares.

The board mentioned that the last time the company did a promo it jumped up to .15 before crashing back down to .06, then a 20:1 reverse split and selling more shares....

check out the board and do your homework!! I see red flags!!

Recycle of frack water is being mandated by the EPA smart move to get in that biz. Dilivery of parts to a drill site is another smart move. Merging with a company that picked up a ton of plug n play / easy to install solar panels (for pennies on the dollar)is a third smart move, All of that going on and making a profit in the drilling they have is another smart move. Billy ic correct, CAVU is way undervalued.

I would keep a close eye on whether they obtain revenue generating contracts:

NOTE-13 GOING CONCERN
The Company's financial statements are prepared using GAAP applicable to a going concern that contemplates the realization of assets and liquidation of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company has not earned sufficient revenue to cover its operating costs. The Company will engage in very limited activities without incurring any liabilities that must be satisfied in cash until a source of funding is secured. The Company will offer noncash consideration and seek equity lines as a means of financing its operations. If the Company is unable to obtain revenue producing contracts or financing or if the revenue or financing it does obtain is insufficient to cover any operating losses it may incur, it may substantially curtail or terminate its operations or seek other business opportunities through strategic alliances, acquisitions or other arrangements that may dilute the interests of existing stockholders.
