I am inquiring on the wtii board for information, what I can see is that their are 48mill share outstanding (not bad) but a red flag goes up with 5billion authorized.... I am inquiring what the current float is at. That I could find was about 15million shares.

The board mentioned that the last time the company did a promo it jumped up to .15 before crashing back down to .06, then a 20:1 reverse split and selling more shares....

check out the board and do your homework!! I see red flags!!
