What do you mean? As we all now,in spite of misinformation to the contrary, MILV remains on the DTC chill list, and is likely to remain there until this sorry scam is delisted by the SEC:

I also have it on reasonable authority that MILV did not show at the much-vaunted Anaheim Expo. If anyone can prove my source wrong, I'd love to hear from them.

Please don't confuse a new DTCC notice of a company exiting the CNS as being the entire list. A new notice means that the company in question is added to all of the other companies that were already DTCC noticed.
