With all due respect, you suggest there is no new engineering involved, but how can it be a totally redesigned new device without new engineering? Not possible.

New engineering requires new tooling to produce new design. Fact.

No offense but you speak with authority, as though you have first hand knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes, in ways no one else knows. This is either insider knowledge, or flat-out assumption. Which is it?

That's not good, if true. They'll have very little hope of getting a patent if there is no engineering involved, no equipment, no unique design behind this cig.

This confirms my suspicion that there's nothing interesting about the cannacig other than the branding, which is pretty good ("CannaCig"), but I just question how far RFMK can go on the name alone, without a unique design or engineering. Other players will come along with those unique designs and RFMK will be left behind.
