Every poster here knows that the point of a promo is to dump shares during the promo. We just try to ride the wave, and get out before we get hit with a rock.

Obviously this time around with the FINRA inquiry, it gives a new spin to things. So everyone has to be very careful.

I just don't get how a $SNPK would be able to secure Paul Silas if it was that shady. Maybe money talks, he is going to be screwed if this gets halted (don't think it will though)

Interesting DD on this play. If those numbers are accurate then there is good reason for the regulators to look at what goes on with these promotions. A lot more money than our "little" trading accounts toss at them!

Maybe this will change how we play this game. I seriously doubt the game will go away. Just the rules on how to play may change. Too much money for this to stop. Reminds me of the battle the TV satellite providers have been in with hackers. They have been trying to stop that for decades now and it still goes on.

I am on the sidelines in this one. Waiting. Watching. Learning.

GLTA. And remember the first rule of investing is protecting capitol.

37,250,000 shares sold at an average of $.45/share equals $21,264,500 from a $4,250 investment ... so it is not evil short sellers holding it down? lolzzz ;-) People involved with SNPK and APS are silly gooses... silly rich gooses I guess :-D ... obviously APS also gets paid by those people... 1/2 million or 1 million or whatever the amount is to promote it ... but still paying 1/2 million or 1 million or whatever to get 21 million is worth it I guess ... lolzzz ... but then again can be much more at higher pps levels etc... peace :-D

You can't blame awesome penny stocks. They are just doing what they were paid to do and that's to promote SNPK. Aps was not compensated with shares. They were compensated 15k euro (roughly $20k usd). The insiders were dumping the whole way up and made millions! Heck I know I'd pay 20k for an advertising campaign to make millions!
