Buzz- I still think R/S is just speculation at this point. I would be happy with $25 before or after a R/S. Obviously, much happier if the R/S never happens.
$25 some time after a 20-1 R/S would be a very reasonable valuation ($250M) IF they can land some big contracts bringing in recurring revenue.
SFOR would be a very enticing buyout candidate if they can land a contract with one of the "too big to fail" banks or a large defense contractor. It would be awesome if the federal government mandated OOB for any company wishing to do business with them.
If that were to happen, $25 would be at the lower end of the spectrum.
