Nic, Nokia got to where they are using IDCC IPR.

With the number of companies offering 2 and 3G devices and more joining everyday, it will be very interesting to see how this plays out in a couple of years.

I will agree with you on one thing and that is whatever the competitive market position, getting paid by all is what is paramount.
