Nothing unusual there. The problem was the employee, irp not the company! Should have seen this long ago, as the irp was constantly wondering why people weren't "hitting the ask"?? Why oh why was the irp so concerned with people not hitting the ask?? Wonder who was on the ask with dilutive cert. Form shares?? It's not hard to figure out when you look back at it!!IMO
