My goodness, ive peed more shares out than this individual could have ever had issued to him for work and decided to sell.
As an intellegent investor you have to concur that this amt your speaking of is like peeing in the ocean in the whole scheme of things.

We never know with any of us our situation as to when we need funds to make ends meet. IMO when we assume we know the reasons why shares were sold, it could make ass u me.

I can see counter suits and a long protracted legal battle.

And with PHAR being broke ... no one wins.
