There is one way to become "Current Information" on pinksheets and that is to file the proper paper work NOT something similiar too. Then the email goes on to say "This letter verifying the validity of the information should move us from "Limited Information" to "Current Information" on pinksheets." The wording IR choses to use is should move us, they should not use should but WILL move us to Current...lol So you see they not sure that this will move them to Current status. If you want to be moved from "Limited Information" to "Current Information" on pinksheets you need to file the proper paper work.
A phone call to these people and they will advise you on proper forms or even the lawyer they using to write the 44 page blahblah.
And I say Blahblah because the email say "The document will come will a legal opinion letter from an attorney" Legal opinion letter from their attorney...Opinions are not going to remove that status of Limited Information" to "Current Information...
If they want to upgrade their status they need to stop clowning around..this 44page report will not change one thing for FINRA
