The updates are always on a Thursday. In the event that it wasn't posted the thursday they mentioned, they postpone it to the following week. The lack of a leap year would have made today the 16th. So that was most likely the cause of saying Thursday the 16th.

I expect it to come today if they don't have some delay.

Last I heard from paul was toward the end of the month. The time before that he said most companies report financials mid month.
