I do not understand your complaint. The intentions of the seller (Deerfield Funds) was well announced in advance of their sales. Their intentions, sales price ranges, and maximum amounts they would sell were all known.

Judicial use of this information would allow some prediction of the price activity (particularly the highs) and allowed individual investors the oppurtunity to maximize their gains.

Be that as it may, you indicate that gained about $0.20/share which equates to a 20+% gain. And while you do not state over what time frame, I would be hesitant to complain about the action of a stock that returned me a 20% profit in these days.
