Ever since we went NDA 2 weeks ago, I have been researching the topic..I can only come up with 2 possible explanations, and they both are positive with regards to the pps...
1. A confidential communication with the FDA,
possibly about the new Banana flavor Roy talked
about in the interview. I found quite a few NDA
communications with the FDA.
2. A confidential agreement between Attitude and
another company who plan on doing business
together in the future, most commonly used for
a buyout/merger. I found quite a few of these as
well..
A pr release with the new Banana flavor would be huge. So would a buyout/merger deal pr..That's really all I could find..any other research would be great to hear..ATTD !
