I guess they didn't know they wouldn't be ready until 4:01. This is unbelievable. I've never seen this kind of disregaurd for stockholders ever. It's almost as if they're tanking the stock on purpose, probably so eveyone will be happy when they sell the co. for peanuts. This company never should have gone public.These people are very dishonest. Maybe someone will pay 2.50 per share for the rotten mess, although right now it looks like the best offer is 1.54. Disgusting. This is an alltime low even compared to all the other lows we've been graced with. Someone should lose their job.
