There is no reason to believe that Sirius would lose customers for taking on Rush. Those that dont like him dont have to listen to him. Many people hate Charlie Sheen...no picketing there. Many people hate Howard Stern...no picketing there.
Its also erroneous to claim no customers would come with Rush. He was demographiced with about 1.3 million listeners last year. Thats the same that Howard has now. I could totally see Rush bring another 200k listeners to Sirius.
Of course, he shouldnt be paid anywhere close to what Howard was paid...but really, neither should Howard. lol.
No one will dump SIRI because of Rush.I expect SIRI to double in the next 12 months...every new auto is SIRI equipped and there is no better than SIRI.
