No they are not, if a person spends $22 million over 5 years to finally receive revenue and that revenue over the last 9 months reported resulted in $131,000 and once you take away the cost overhead of $123,000 they cleared $7800. That is the full realization of that $22 million dollars after 5 years.

You can try to remove it all you want, but a deficit is what the company is currently operating under...$22 million.. Is it not in such a deficit for it's operations since inception?
