Wex, layering in structure within the Board is an important move. It also speaks to the need that is typical of a company that is "going" to be larger than it is today. How many "Pinks" have this structure built in to their business organization? Not many, as it costs $$ and it establishes groups that will focus on specific aspects of the company's business plan/execution.
This was just an informational PR. But, I believe it is one with Teeth and sets the stage for "the future". My personal opinion, Adam and Aitan will continue to play smaller and smaller roles within this organization as it builds out.
