I would suggest that the new Compensation Committee's first order of business at their initial meeting should be to reduce Adam Adler and Aitan Zacharin's salaries to something approaching market rates. And eliminate the car allowances.

I'm sorry, but this is nothing but a lame reshuffling of the deck.
