'Scam' is a strong word. Although I doubt KBLB is a ripoff attempt, the strong reality is there's a high possibility that this science doesn't go commercial. Bottom line.

Despite our wishes of all the awesome potential, KBLB could easily announce they've reached the end of the road. Science has yet been made commercial.
