but as i said earlyer..thats all speculation..no one here knows for 100% that aps is controling it but when a promoter cna send out a buch of emails saying a ticker and it goes up 1000-1800% in a few weeks then people tend to think that there controling it..but no one here can prove that its being controled nor can you prove that there manipulating it eighter...or can you?
