Nice try there, but there is a reason why not of the big promo groups have EVER been arrested nor have any of their stocks EVER been halted....
Really? I could name quite a few. A stock that was suspended? SAEI. Very, very quickly, which was unusual. Promoters being investigated by the SEC? Jerry Williams of Monk's Den. EIGH and CDIV, two of the stocks he promoted, were suspended.
And of course we have Dan Ryan. His assets were confiscated, and the SEC sued him. And guess what? The people behind APS worked with Ryan often.
Shakerzz too. He's being sued by the SEC for wash trading, among other things.
