The chart is looking really good to me. the flag pattern has extended out beyond what I expected, but the Slow STO is where I've never seen it on other charts. It has basically flat-lined for the last 2 1/2 weeks (Daily chart).
When the Slow STO line turns up, that'll be your early indicator of a breakout upwards, IMO.
