All good questions Ron
Mobot is a new technology and it also comes with a fair degree of debt. Also $11-Mil. is nothing to sneeze at either!
What may be worth even more is the future value of NEOM's stock involved in this transaction. That's where the real juice is and I believe Mobots owners realize this hands down. If this is the case, then this answers part of your question as to why there was 'motivation' on both sides to get the deal done.
Let me ask you a few questions now:
Who else has a better fit for this marrage than NEOM? Who else was actually looking for this specialized type a synergy, such as this one will produce? It seems like NEOM was first one to the alter. Maybe Mobot wasn't even looking for a suitor when it was first approached by NEOM a few months back.
In either event, it sure seems like both parties are in a 'rush' to get the deal done and only those who are informed truly know why they want it that way.
All the Best, JP
