If Mobot is the THE App for mobile search, then why did it only cost Neom $11 million to acquire? Wouldn't their technology and partnerlist be worth much more? And why weren't there other companies bidding for Mobot? Did Mobot's technology infringe on Neom's patents...that being the reason why we got them cheap? I'm not trying to bash, just scratching my head on a few things things I don't understand.
