Milking the punters for a few hundred thousand dollars is not viewed as a failure by Raymond T Brown II's employers. It's a nice little revenue stream.

I agree with your assessment regardless of what others might think! This isn't your typical Pinkyland P&D and Ray already has everything at risk. Of course everyone has their own opinion. Person mark for you!
