Otter I really don't understand why you are complaining. Kind of mystifying really. You sit there all winter when the stock was tanking to .001 and never say a word, but complain about this? The dilution occurred this winter and it sucked and we all complained. But its over and done with. But because of the dilution the OS rose to Im guessing 400 M or so. Because of that, and because of the fact that one, they are trying to do a merger of some sort, and two, due to their financing they need to keep a certain amount of shares in escrow, they needed to raise the AS 250 M. For a .0022 stock, that is nothing and in fact the AS raise is to me a very positive sign that this merger just may get done.

I could see if the stock was at .018 and the OS was still 150 m or so, but at this point, with the stock and OS where it is, it really is not that big of a thing.
