They have answered emails, albeit, a boiler plate message that went out to all who asked for an update. They've also answered individual emails to several that I stay in contact with. Unfortunatey the response has been one of the same, i.e. "we are very close to where we need to be", "testing ongoing and almost complete", "waiting for additiona components to do further testing and analysis", etc.
Either they are very very close or they're not. I don't think at this point there is any other way to look at it, so the question now is how much longer do you wait for the big news before you write this off as a failure. The next PR should prove to be very interesting, not only in content but how it affects the perception of the company.
