Tor - I assume Horton is a major stockholder, since it is disclosed as a Related Party Transaction. Typically, in a Related Party footnote, there is usually some discussion about whether the transaction approximates arms lentgh prices. I do not read that anywhere.

Thanks Tor - But that brings me to another question. Why does the 10K in the Notes to the Financial statements (page 11)specifically say "lease space" for $42,000? It certainly does not say it includes services of engineers,etc. Apparently the 10K is wrong. Do you agree?
