I think we all are saying same thing. I believe most who have commented on this desire B&M expansion. The timing and what it will take is what in question. It's just not time for a new store right now. Maybe in a couple months if revs break out, maybe if somehow PPS finds it's way to pennyland soon. Find another way to build capital for this and if nothing comes up as a viable option, WAIT. Build what is already working for us.

It does not take B&M to become successful selling online. I agree that IF you are fulfilling orders at a zoned retail facility, why not offer walk up service. Opening up additional stores because you require additional storage makes no sense to me. Rent warehouse space in close proximity to fulfillment and pull as needed for little cost compared to a staffed/powered location.

I also argue that the Google ad words did more for sales than the store presence combined. It helps to have walk up but absolutely not necessary imo. Times have changed. Ask Sears how their B&M's are working out and Amazon.com does quite well from what I hear.

No comment on the celebs topic. :-)

The majority of people like going into a physical store. Even if it doesn't result in an immediate sale, people will go home and check out online for additional styles and order there. Without doing an expensive survey, I think the physical presence has contributed to the online success more than people have thought thus far for BRAV.

well put.
