Agree, if they were just a shell, why send out the press releases? My guess is the contracts are all signed and the purchasing company is just going through the final due dilligence on their outstanding payables. Standard procedure. I sold a private company in 2000 to a publicly traded one, and it took about 60 days to have everything finalized. I have no doubt that someone other than retail has been loading up on shares, especially last week. Huge bids on level 2, might be the company.
Let me know what you find out when you call EVDR. And I wouldnt worry too much about your emails going unanswered. That is a common complaint from everyone that deals with most companys.. private or public.

Good idea on that drink!!

Agree we get abit of a bounce tomorrow... Greece news will lift markets.

Struc, Here is a little bit of useful info I picked up years ago and it does work:

The most productive day of the week is Tuesday. If you want to get something, request something, etc do it on a Tuesday.

Monday is by far the worse day as it is Monday. The whole week is ahead of Mondays. It is the worse day to ask for a loan from a bank. Well, these days every day can be a Monday when talking to a banker hahaaa

Fridays are also not a good day. The work week is almost in. People have their minds on the weekend, a woman or man, leisure activities, etc.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are filler work days. The work gets done. And those are the days when you are more likely to fall asleep at your desk.

Maybe calling EVDR can wait till Tuesday, eh...

BTW...that missing drink...Ya, it was good! :0)
