Bridgejumper,

It is great that you are going to go visit the location. I have a lot of questions. I have tried to call many times but always get the VM. To their defense, I have never left a message I don't buy penny stocks as a long-term investment; however, you never know what is out there. So with that said, here are some questions.

1. What is their primary plans for revenue? Is it thru the use of franchising or actually the performing of services themselves? I think it is both but not sure. It is important as this makes it quite different who they market to... If the former, then they should be marketing to painters, constructie on companies etc. If the latter then they need to be marketing for consumer interest in the product.

2. There are many paint products that have mildew resistance and other bacterial inhibitors that are built into their paints. I realize this is a coating but there are other coating type companies out there. What is about their patents that make them believe they have something really special?

3. If their patents are special, why are they trying to compete against other more established coatings/paint companies? In others, wouldn't be more of more value to the shareholder to be pitching to these companies to sell their patents, use for distribution or frankly by the whole dang company?

4. Are they using local/national congress folks to promote higher legal standards by which restaurants/hospitals/daycares have to operate? Are they lobbying? Some of it is still free, you know?

5. Before hospitals, restuarants, etc will comply with performing a coatings, they will most likely do it for either regulatory purposes or consumer demand. With that said, why are not trying to create consumer awareness? Let me give an example... Connect with a large home builder in the local area. Convince them to offer to home buyers an upgradable option whereby they can have the coating sprayed onto their walls. As I understand it, it is cost affordable. Why would a home builder not want to offer an upgradable option like this? I think many home buyers would be tempted as many home buyers are married couples with young children they want to protect. Once demand in the home is created, there will be demand at the local daycare, public schools, etc.

6. Once a coating is put down, how long will it hold up before another coating is required? I don't believe it holds up as long as paint. Please confirm.

7. In a nutshell, what are they doing right now? What is their big "aha" they are gunning for?

8. What have they sold? Have they gotten any contracts? Have they sold any franchises? What services have they rendered even for free? What was customer response?

9. I cannot find any recent copy of financials. Ask them why or how we can get copies. What does their balance sheet look like? (Cash position, upcoming debt obligations, etc) Do they have any going concern issues in the short term future?

10. And lastly, when can we expect some news? The Dec-January select city tour was over a month ago. Can we get an update as to any accomplishments, etc.

I know that's alot but thought I would spur the conversation.
