I would not recommend the penny market for anyone new to investing. As for brokers to use, there are quite a few that will allow buying and selling of stocks in the pink market. E*Trade, ScottTrade and Zecco are some of the most popular. Always research a stock extensively before investing and never invest in this market with money that you aren't comfortable losing without regret.
