Sorry for the small talk,lol. JUst have no idea where else to ask for help. Is there somewhere that i could invest in pen ny stoc ks, that is liggit? Not to sure of the propphet. com . heard they just promot P&Dump. Local brookers wont even take my money for penn y stoc ks. How do I learn the market adn technics when no one can help. I whave considered a personal advisor or paying someone to do the research, which i would if i new of anyone?
