I can assure you the big $$$ are on the sidelines accumulating. They are not putting up big share bids because that would show strength, reduce selling and not allow them to accumulate massive amounts of shares. You notice when they want to move the share price up they put up HUGE. Bids and that's when buyers are jumping all over the ask trying to pick up shares.
