TPPHQ They look pretty flimsy to me, finbar. You are right they're a long shot. The odds of any situation like you outlined actually coming to pass are almost beyond astronomical.
I'd be careful of it.
Intellectual property and licensing rights are complicated and time consuming so depending on how broad based the TPPHQ treatment might be, there could be something come out of it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I wouldn't put any money on it either.
There are too many other good deals out there with a fewer contingencies to meet, in order for my investment to be a success.
Sounds like a classic case in one of the categories of the sticky ticket below:
