It looks like both companies are being represented by the same firm and also have met with the creditors, (MSGI) on 11/21/11. They may be negotiating the settlement as we speak. I think we're getting closer to an influx of cash, as the lawsuit must have bankrupted both of these companies.
The stock should rise and trade again soon, in my opinion.
