So you still haven't get in touch with the company. That is par for the course of what EVERYBODY that has ever tried has had.

Gagged TA - Going to a TA agent that knowingly doesn't disclose is equal to a gag

Exploding O/S - Known to have doubled since last September.

Massive downside trade volume - indications of sellers holding heavily discounted shares.

fluff PR's about share buybacks hile reporting operating losses and while showing massive dilution.

I think it was the 10q that said they have a total of 7 employees. Not sure of the breakdown (field verses admin) but will be interesting to see what the number is now with the additional wells.

Interesting that the person you spoke to said they are basically leaving the oil in the ground until they have buyers lined up. That would explain why the 10Q's the last few quarters are showing incremental, if no, real revenue coming in. I guess that is encouraging considering the alternative that this was a scam. So there is potential here, but like any company it comes down to execution. So we'll see.

Thanks for your reply Rookie!
It sounds encouraging, and from your lengthy conversation with their field guy sounds like everything at least from an employee level is going well. Cant imagine him wanting to talk to you and seemingly happy with everything for 30 minutes if it wasnt. At one time I analyzed some potential buyouts for a company that I was one of the partners in. Although I wanted to always talk to the head guy, also I made it a point to talk to some of the employees to see what the morale was like. Really can tell allot more than what you might think, happy, excited employees are usually that way for a reason.
