Kevin. You guys are wearing out my printer, overloading my storage space, and numbing my mind.

It's crystal clear that Ericy's motion for estoppel was denied by Judge Sanders.

But I'm not clear whether IDCC is now free to re-litigate the '863 patent in the Ericy case.
