hector... I didn't see any posts stating that you couldn't release any PRs during a QP. There are limitations on what can be released in a PR during a QP though. One shouldn't point fingers before analyzing the conversation (context). Please be respectful here.

According to Matt Maguire - which I posted back a couple of weeks ago - during the quiet period they can release PRs and do most anything - except change the structure of the company. I believe that's the way he explained it to me over the phone.
