"Quiet Period" you're all wrong.

Well most of you are all wrong.

"Quiet period" does not mean they can't release a PR. In a "quiet period", they can't give a PR saying the status of how the listing is going, that's it.

They CAN KEEP RELEASING PRs about ordinary business. Are you guys all new at investing? Ridiculous, same with RB.
