Please refer to a post (one of many I have made over my term posting and moderating here) I made just this last week that mentions all of the problems you have just restated.

1) Most who have spent any time here know of the history of Mr. Durando.

2) Everybody here knows that there is no current income - or if they do not they should have figured that out before they sunk any money into the stock.

3) It is readily available information that there are roughly 3 billion shares in stock out in the market.

4) It is public record (with very little digging) that there are many authorized shares not currently issued (effective last summer via a corporate vote).

Do you have anything new to add not already mentioned?
