Check the BCME board on IHUB. They seem to have discovered his degree is questionable; ala Zorne.
I actually believe his group scammed BDGR and took Joe for a ride. BCME ended up hiring Kurt Mire who was the guy that prepared the PV10 (reserve report) for BDGR. The report was never made public and I don't think BDGR ever paid the engineer in full.
