I'm in the same boat with Sharebuilder - shows that voting instructions were received but no change to ticker/Cusip.

Never received mine from them either, they've blamed the folks that they had sending them out... Can you say pass the buck!

I had to get mine via download as well. Good thing I've followed this great forum or else I would have never known I was SUPPOSED to receive one even.
