They are going to have to start on the environmental impact surveys as soon as possible and get the bulldozers moving. We wouldn't want to destroy the habitat of the "blind hope and change public titmouse."
A better question might be "What has he done besides wagging his jaw?"
Has he opened large tracts of BLM land to algae growers? Has he relaxed environmetal restrictions in "enterprise zones?" Has he made low interest loans available to such business ventures?
