Funny you say this:

If that were true, I am sure the prefferds would say "commons do not deserve a penny until they are paid in full", yet, there was a split of 75/25% (of the 95% that is available) of the WMI2 as well as splitting the liquidating trust (including the litigation proceeds).

If there was no split, commons would have gotten nothin', zero, nada, zilch, etc.

Commons are lucky to get anything.
