from my findings all one needs to do is have some forms notarized and pay the fee

No that is 100% incorrect. The process to get SEC approval for a TA business is very extensive
with major background checks and legitimacy checks and balances. Our $BCAP came through
with flying colors which means Baron Capital is 100% legitimate !
