exactly and that is what is translating to recoveries for the new owners of the company. They (TPS) also hold a large amount of preferred shares in this here company after exit it will be commons and that is the "coattail!"
TPS is nothing more than a conglomerate of hedgies (who have deep pockets) that know how to play the legal system on the outside. In here it is like a "boiling pot of water" and I for one did not want to be a suculent lobster for the debtors to partake of..
