Hey double...with all due respect, wouldn't they have held on to the property to show the investors that they need to buy, buy, buy. And then after the suckers left thinking they had property's then sell everything off?

If I were devious, this is the order I would do the dumping of any assets.

I agree with half of what you say, that being about the a/d line. Yes, it is going through the roof, and a very logical reason could be because there has not been a good selling opportunity in months and months. Yes, 1's could flip at 2's, but nothing beyond that. However, don't you think it's a little farfetched to say they sold the hotel cause we had an investor visit? If that's the case, we have an investor who lives down there, so I don't think they're trying to hide from investors or anything like that. All imo of course.
